I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family! The location couldn't be better, with direct access to a mall where we found everything we needed. Our Queen Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating, especially when it came to addressing my daughter's specific laundry needs.

The friendly staff made up for a few minor inconveniences, like slow elevators during peak hours. A hot and cold water dispenser on each floor is a thoughtful touch, but the lack of food options beyond traditional shabu-shabu could be improved.

I had a wonderful time here with my family, especially enjoying the lovely hot & cold water station and the cozy Twin Room. The lounge area was perfect for unwinding, with comfy seating and a TV to catch up on shows. Just a heads up, the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours, but it didn’t put a damper on our fun! 😊

I had a great overnight stay at go hotels iloilo. The warm hospitality, and the cozy queen room exceeded my expectations. Being right next to robinson's mall was super convenient for dining and shopping.
